Delivery Information

We currently deliver across Nigeria and internationally.

Abuja Deliveries
Orders within Abuja are processed and delivered within 1–3 working days, depending on your area.
Delivery fees vary by location and will be displayed at checkout:

• Tier 1 (Maitama, Asokoro, Guzape, Wuse, Garki, Jabi, Utako, Gwarinpa, Kado, Katampe, Wuye) – ₦3,000

• Tier 2 (Karmo, Karu, Kubwa, Durumi, Lugbe, Zuba) – ₦6,000

• Idu – ₦4,500

• Airport – ₦7,000

• Outskirts (Bwari, Gwagwalada, Karshi, Kuje) – ₦9,000

Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to all Nigerian states within 3–7 working days depending on distance and courier service availability.
Delivery rates will be calculated automatically at checkout.

International Shipping
We offer worldwide delivery via DHL.
International rates are calculated automatically at checkout once the DHL integration is activated.

Order Processing

All orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message when your order has been shipped.

Custom orders (such as personalized sizing) may take additional processing time.
We’ll always keep you updated.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our pieces. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help. To initiate a return, email or message us with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Custom-sized or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, as they’re tailored specifically for you.

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we’ll arrange an exchange or fix.

Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
